1. Who provides this site
This website is operated by Genesys Health Information Systems Limited, 21a Fatai Idowu Arobieke Street,
Off Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
2. What the site is for
It describes our products and services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is
medical advice. Product descriptions, screenshots and figures are illustrative; the specification that binds us is
the one in a signed agreement.
3. Demonstration content
Screens shown under How it works come from a live deployment but contain
demonstration data. Patient names, figures and records shown are not real people.
4. Case studies and client names
Client names and logos appear with permission. Case studies are published without naming the facility at the
client’s request, and the outcomes described are as reported by the facility rather than independently audited.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system behind it, introduce malicious code,
scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use the chat or forms to send unlawful content or another
person’s health information.
6. Intellectual property
The Genesys name, logo, software, page content and design are owned by us or our licensors. Client logos remain
the property of those organisations. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
7. Third-party links
Our Industry news page links to external publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for
their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw
content at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on
this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have
jurisdiction.
